Abstract Submission Guidelines

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility Criteria

• ⁠ ⁠Open to medical professionals, researchers, and students specializing in cardiology.
• ⁠The abstract must be related to cardiovascular medicine, interventional cardiology, or related subspecialties.
• ⁠ ⁠Only unpublished or recently published (within the last 12 months) thesis are eligible.

2.⁠ ⁠Submission Categories

• ⁠Clinical Research (Observational, retrospective, or prospective studies)
• ⁠ ⁠Interventional Cardiology (New techniques, case series, or device studies)
• ⁠ ⁠Basic Science & Translational Research (Genetics, pharmacology, molecular cardiology)
• ⁠ ⁠Cardiovascular Imaging (Echocardiography, MRI, CT, nuclear imaging)
• ⁠ ⁠Heart Failure & Electrophysiology (New therapies, device innovations)

3.⁠ ⁠Formatting Guidelines

• ⁠Title Page: Must include the abstract title, author(s), institutional affiliation, and contact details.
• ⁠Abstract: Maximum 300 words (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion).
• ⁠Manuscript Length: Max 5,000 words (excluding references and figures).
• ⁠Figures & Tables: Up to 5 tables and/or figures.
• Citation Format: Vancouver or APA style.
• ⁠File Format: PDF or Word (.docx).

4. ⁠Submission Process

• ⁠Submit via the official conference portal or email.
• ⁠ ⁠All submissions must be in English.
• ⁠ Deadline: Thursday, 10^th April 2025
• Submissions must be original and free from plagiarism.

5. Evaluation Criteria

• ⁠ ⁠Innovation & Novelty (20%)
• Quality of Data Presentation (15%)
• Language & Formatting (10%)

6. ⁠Review & Selection Process

• Each submission will be peer-reviewed by a panel of experts.
• ⁠Shortlisted candidates may be required to present their research at the conference.
• The final decision rests with the Scientific Committee.

7. ⁠Awards & Recognition

• Publication in a Scopus Indexed Journal
